Built in the 1970s, Rangeview Court was in rough shape but with good bones. We knew right away that this single-family flip was the perfect project for our private lenders to allocate their funds safely. By removing walls, we were able to create a modern, open-concept kitchen and living space and our professional design made this previously run-down property sell for almost twice the purchase price.

East 26th Street was a single-family home flipped with the help of our equity partners. We were able to transform the interior by implementing a total cosmetic overhaul and opening up stair railings to create a larger, less restrictive space. In the basement, an in-law suite was created to provide the new owners with flexibility, which resulted in substantial returns to our equity partners.

Lake Street was ambitious, but the returns reflected the sweat equity our team put in to make it a success. Built in 1908, this single-family home had endured years of neglect. We took it back to the studs and completed the transformation with all new finishes and top-end appliances. The brick from the original stack was left exposed in the kitchen to add character to the house. In the basement, we added a welcoming living space, and we converted the back office into a bathroom and mudroom complete with laundry. The exterior also received a face-lift with a new porch and roof, plus new siding and meticulous landscaping. Ultimately, the property sold at a significant profit for Allure Properties and our equity partners.
